How could I make this dress less simple? - how to make a dress look less formal
I have a semi-formal in the coming months. I have a very beautiful red dress that I want to use. The problem is that the semi part is negligible "somewhat. It is more a formal dance and the dress seems a little too easy. I have a limited budget, with the taste of his life's work. Ideas?
