Yes, you need a contractor remains the financial responsibility certification, and perhaps more, depending on the municipality. The DOC has received further information. We hope that these links work.

Be aware that the current market is extremely soft. I know, small manufacturers of southeastern Wisconsin, who were waiting for property specifications for the sale of more than 9 months in the past have been sold in less than a month.
