I know the PC was released in 2004, and the PSP in 2007, but is a better, and if so, it is something different in the two games?

and if ur technical issues such as graphics and sound have reduced somewhat for the PSP, but the PSP version has less loading time, and I heard the port is very good for the PSP, but even said that still a good game for the PSP
